1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Our Products

OPAQUE offers pharmacist-formulated cosmetic skincare products. We take great care in presenting accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images. However, please note:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time
  • We do not make medical claims about our products. Our formulations are cosmetic in nature

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

For international orders, pricing and shipping costs will be confirmed with you before the order is processed.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
  • Once an order has been dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order after acceptance if we are unable to fulfill it, in which case a full refund will be issued

5. Payment Terms

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic (Pakistan) orders only. Payment is made upon receipt of your order
  • Bank Transfer: Available for both domestic and international orders. International orders require advance payment in full before processing and dispatch

We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until payment is confirmed for bank transfer orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.opaque-formulations.com — including the OPAQUE brand name, logo, product names, formulation names, photography, descriptions, and written content — is the intellectual property of OPAQUE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skincare results vary between individuals based on skin type, existing conditions, lifestyle, and other factors. OPAQUE does not guarantee specific results from the use of our products.

  • We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies
  • OPAQUE is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from use contrary to product instructions or failure to conduct a patch test
  • Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
