1. About Us OPAQUE is a Pakistan-based cosmetic skincare brand offering pharmacist-formulated products. All formulations are developed with a science-based approach and small-batch quality control.

2. Products and Pricing We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (shipping address, contact details, etc.) is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) bank transfer, easy paisa and jazzcash. International orders require advance payment via bank transfer before dispatch.

5. Skincare Use and Results Skincare results vary from person to person based on skin type, sensitivity, and consistency of use. We recommend performing a patch test before first use of any new product. OPAQUE is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities to specific ingredients — please review the ingredient list on each product page carefully before purchasing.
